  1. No Refund Policy

4Borders does not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your order in perfect condition.

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any damage or defects, contact us immediately at contact@4-borders.com OR +961 76 674 071.
  • Replacement: If your item is deemed defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.
     3. Order Cancellations
  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom and graphic design orders, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed and processed.
  • Standard Orders: For non-custom orders, cancellations can be made same day of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at contact@4-borders.com or +961 71 735 481 if you need to cancel your order.
