- No Refund Policy
4Borders does not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final.
- Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your order in perfect condition.
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any damage or defects, contact us immediately at contact@4-borders.com OR +961 76 674 071.
- Replacement: If your item is deemed defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.
- Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom and graphic design orders, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed and processed.
- Standard Orders: For non-custom orders, cancellations can be made same day of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at contact@4-borders.com or +961 71 735 481 if you need to cancel your order.
